Job Description
Job Description / Responsibility
-
Selected Person will be responsible for over all activities of retail outlets i.e. Customer care, Marketing, Sales, Admin & HR management, Store & Inventory management etc.

Prepare marketing polices, strategies and plan for the company as a whole.
-
Formulate and Co ordinate sales & marketing strategy.
-
Brand management & efforts for promotion of brand identity.
-
Development of product positioning, product marketing and launching the product.
-
Develop pricing strategies, balancing organizational objectives and customer satisfection.
-
Plan, develop, execute marketing programs & campaigns in different media
-
Conduct advertisement related works
-
Product communications with all relevant stakeholders
-
Budgeting & Management reporting
-
Market research, analysis of sales & related data, and relevant data mining and report generation.
-
Monitor and analyze sales volumes and achieve Sales Target.

Execute and participate different promotional events in coordination with marketing department.
-
Develop case & presentations.
-
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
-
Plan and implement brand building activities
-
Assists in the identification and development of business building ideas.
-
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up management.
-
Customers requirement analysis and offer services accordingly
-
Communication skills is a must.
Job Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- BBA in Marketing from a reputed university with a good CGPA or class.
- MBA major in Marketing will get higher preference.
- A Diploma or any certificate course in any garments related field will get higher preference
- However, educational qualification may be relaxed for the candidates with relevant experience.
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Planning/Development, Business Development, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Research, Marketing, Retail Stores/Shops, Sales, Trading/Wholesale/Indenting
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House (Garments), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Distribution Companies/Wholesale, Garments (Woven & Knitting), Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 year(s)
- Candidate must have sound knowledge about Customer care, Marketing, Sales, Admin & HR management, Store & Inventory management, Controlling systems etc.
- Candidate must have minimum 7 years working experience in Apparel Sector.
- Candidate will be responsible for achieving marketing and sales target.
- Monthly marketing and sales target should be achieved.
- Responsible for creating customer demand.
- Formulating the brand’s long-term strategy and developing and executing marketing plans.
- Executing marketing initiatives in support of long term strategies through leadership.
- Analysis the marketing condition; Co ordinate and participate in promotional activities if and when required.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
